IBSAR's vision is to create a "world class quality institution for training young minds for the management profession". This has to be done by keeping costs affordable and infrastructure both physical and academic most up-to-date and accessible. To this effect IBSAR's infrastructure reasonably meets all the requirements of a multi disciplinary campus.
It is a matter of great delight and pride for us that IBSAR'S Mission statement has not ended up as a mere ritual or a quotation to be printed in the prospectus. Our Executive Director and founder of our IBSAR group of colleges Dr M.L. Monga has left no stone unturned to make it happen and finally became successful in translating his mission into reality. His wit, wisdom, knowledge, experience, expertise and diligence ultimately paid off and an institute of excellence in Management has emerged. We have no doubt that it is coming up as a world class institution when we look at the quality of infrastructure, the quality of education and its management development programs. Its mission is to train young minds and Dr. M.L. Monga being a hard core management educationist always finds new and innovative ways to train the young minds in the skills and subtleties of management theory and practice which is quite evident from the activities and events organized very frequently for the development of students viz. Article writing competition, quiz competition, debating competition, Economic Times News analysis competition, Case Study and presentation competition to name a few. His diligence and skills to train the young minds are simply wonderful.
IBSAR's mission is to provide an opportunity to all aspiring youngsters who are considered average by their academic track record to learn and train in diverse disciplines and convert these average individuals into first rate professionals. In a nut shell our mission is to provide opportunities and support to average students to enable them to realize their ambition to join different profession and achieve their dream of a career.
Our procedures, systems, pedagogy, faculty and infrastructure are totally geared towards achieving our vision and mission. There is a high degree of student participation in all the activities with the faculties.
All efforts in IBSAR are directed towards supporting our vision & mission and decisions are guided by their contribution they are likely to make towards enhancing and strengthening the same.
To train and develop talented, bright and outstanding students is not a challenge nor difficult. However, to groom and develop the average students, make them efficient and excellent professionals is a tough, challenging task. It has been observed and realized that the average students have a good potential of turning out to be good professionals. If their hidden potential is not recognized and nurtured they are likely to get disappointed, frustrated and go into depression. IBSAR has diagnosed this problem well in time and devised an effective remedy for this problem. Hence, its tagline flashes "Activators of human potentials".
